Return Policy

All orders with in stock inventory are shipped FedEx ground within 24 hours or less (1 business Day) depending on what time the order is placed. Orders placed before 6:00am EST will go out on the current business.
We drop off orders on Saturday for first shipment on Monday. Fedex does not move packages on Saturday, Sunday or holiday\\\'s.

All shipments in the US will be received in 2-5 business days depending where you are located.
East - 1-3 days
Mid West - 2-4 days
West - 3-5 days

All Shipments outside the US could take 5-10 business days or more depending on where we are shipping.

RipItUp Sports does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases, RipItUp Sports will refund the postage cost on receipt of your parcel.

If you are unhappy with any purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund within 30 days of the date of receipt. The product must be in saleable condition (Not Used). We take great pride in making our customers happy. If you have any questions, please call us.

RipItUp Sports does not cover products that are abused, punctured or torn from misuse.

Products are fully cover for Manufactures defects. Manufactures defects are usually found in the valve or seam of an inflatable product. Just simply return the product for a full refund or replacement or let RipItUp Sports know of the problem and in many cases a replacement part can be shipped at no expense. Surfster products are very well made. We have gotten very few returns because of a Manufactures defect. But of cause if you do get one, we will take care of you. These are top quality products.
